Lists of industrial goods, for which additional duties applied, have been updated by the Ministry of Trade of Turkey. Within the framework of the Presidential Decree no. 3351 published in the Official Gazette on 31 December 2020, lists of additional duties, previously imposed on more than 4 thousand industrial goods, were rearranged and updated in a single list.
According to the Decree, EU countries and countries with which free trade agreements are in force shall be exempt from additional duties. Imports made under inward processing scheme were also exempted.
