Anti-dumping duty on furniture fittings imports from India

Turkey imposed antidumping duties on imports of furniture fittings (hinges, cloth hangers) from India on 4 May 2019. Antidumping duty rate was determined as follows.

8302.10 Hinges....................................1,64 USD/Kg

8302.50.00.00.00 Cloth hangers........1,64 USD/Kg

8302.42.00.00.00 Others.....................0,75 USD/Kg

According to the related Communique (Communique no: 2019/16), D.P. Garg & Co. Pvt. Ltd and 3D Manufacturing LLP (under 8302.10.00.00.19) and Suraj Hinges Pvt Ltd (under 8302.42.00.00.00) were excluded from the measure in question.
