Ministry of Trade of Turkey imposed antidumping duties on imports of roller and articulated link chains from India, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Spain on 9 March 2019. This decision covers the following customs codes: 7315.11.90.00.11, 7315.11.90.00.19, 7315.12.00.00.11, 7315.12.00.00.19 and 7315.19.00.00.00. Antidumping duty rate was determined as 1200 USD per ton.
According to the related Communique (Communique no: 2019/10), “Galaxy Chains Pvt. Ltd.” and “Tube Investments of India Limited” from India, and “Tien Yuen Machinery Mfg., (Thailand) Co., Ltd." from Thailand were excluded from the measure in question.
