Turkey imposed antidumping duty concerning imports of fabrics originating in or exported from Germany, Italy and Spain.
According to the Notice no. 2021/41 published in the Official Gazette on 26 August 2021, imports of fabrics (customs HS codes: 54.07, 55.13, 55.14, 55.15, 55.16) from certain companies located in the countries mentioned shall be subject to antidumping duties (ranging between 21.13% and 44%) already in force against China following the anti-circumvention investigation conducted by the Ministry of Trade of Turkey.
No anticircumvention duty applied on exporting companies other than those specified in the Notice.
