Ministry of Economy of Turkey decided to extend application of antidumping duties currently in force on pipe or tube fittings (HS Code 7307.19) from China, Brazil, Bulgaria, Indonesia, India and Thailand for the next 5-year period. According to the related communique dated 21 April 2018, countries, companies and antidumping duty rates are as follows:

China: All companies (800 USD/Ton)
Brazil: All companies (400 USD/Ton)
Bulgaria: All companies (400 USD/Ton)
Indonesia: PT. TRI Sinar Purnama Foundry (253 USD/Ton), Others (400 USD/Ton)
India: Jainsons Industries (305 USD/Ton), Others (400 USD/Ton)
Thailand: BIS Pipe Fitting Industry Company Ltd. (147 USD/Ton), Others (400 USD/Ton)
The Ministry's decision entered into force on the date of its publication.
