Antidumping duty imposed on imports of several chemicals from South Korea

Turkey imposed anti-dumping duty on imports of dioctyl orthophthalates (HS code: 29173200) and dioctyl terephthalates (HS Code: 29173995) from South Korea. Duty rate determined was 7.99% for LG Chem and 12.57% for all others. Related regulation of the Ministry entered into effect on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette (20 October 2017).
