Antidumping duty on yarn imports from Bangladesh

Ministry of Trade of Turkey determined that Bangladesh based companies (except for Well Mart Ltd.) circumvented antidumping duties in force for yarns classified under customs codes 55.08; 55.09 (excl. 5509.52; 5509.61; 5509.91); 55.10 (excl. 5510.20); 55.11 by trading these products from China to Turkey. Rate of antidumping duty for Bangladesh shall be 0,80 USD per Kg.
