Turkey increased customs duties on imports of various products including boilers, furnace burners, lifts and skip hoists, escalators and moving walkways, LED lamps etc. Customs duties of more than 50 products increased at rates ranging between 7.5% and 20%. Increased duties do not apply when these products are imported from the EU and countries with which there is a free trade agreement.
