Turkey imposed safeguard measure on imports of Polyester Fibre (HS code: 55032000) from Iran. According to the Decree of the Council of Ministers published today, safeguard shall be in the form of extra duties. Extra duty rates were determined at 20% for the first year starting from 21 September 2017, 19.5% in the second year and 19% in the third year. Related Decree entered into effect on 21 September 2017.
