Surveillance for vacuum flasks

Ministry of Economy of Turkey imposed new surveillance measure (15 USD per kg determined as minimum customs value) on imports of vacuum flasks classified under HS code 9617. The measure in question enters into effect after 30 days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
