Ministry of Economy of Turkey has put into effect a surveillance measure for solar panels. The related communique was published on 12 May 2017. According to this regulation, for customs valuation purposes, imported solar panels shall be subject to a minimum 300 USD/sqm. Surveillance measure decision entered into force at the day of publication of the communique mentioned.
