Ministry of Economy of Turkey decided to extend existing antidumping duties on air conditioning machines from China for another 5 years. According to the related communique dated 8 March 2018, imports of this product shall be subject to 25% antidumping duty for one more term. HS codes covered are 8415.10.90 and 8415.90.00.
The Ministry also declared that anti-circumvention measures applied against Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan and Vietnam shall continue.
The Ministry's decision entered into force as of the date of its publication.
