Ministry of Trade of Turkey decided to extend antidumping duties in force on artificial leather and hoeing machines from China for another 5 year term. According to the related Communiques of the Ministry, published on 28 May 2021 in the Official Gazette, antidumping duties on artificial leather (HS codes: 5603.14 and 3921.13) and hoeing machines (HS code: 8432.29.90.00.19) imports from China shall continue for the next 5 years.
Antidumping duty rate in force is 1.9 USD/Kg for artificial leather and 49,49% - 92,25% for hoeing machines.
