Turkey extended application period of safeguard measure in the form of quantity quotas concerning imports of plastic sheets, plates (of propylene) originating in Iran.
According to the Notice no. 2020/2 of the Ministry of Trade of Turkey published in the Official Gazette on 5 May 2020, imports of plastic sheets, plates (customs code: 3920.20.21.00.19) from Iran shall be subject to following annual import quotas starting from 2 July 2020: 1412 tons for the first year, 1454 tons for the second year, 1498 tons for the third year.
