Turkey imposed antidumping duties on craftliner paper imports from Brazil, Finland,Poland and Russia

Ministry of Economy of Turkey decided to impose antidumping duties on on craftliner paper imports from craftliner paper, Brazil , Finland, Poland and Russia. According to the related communique dated 19 April 2018, HS Codes covered, countries and duty rates are as follows:

HS Codes: 4804.11.11, 4804.11.15, 4804.11.90, 4804.11.90 

Antidumping Duty Rates:

Finland: Stora Enso OYJ (11,34%), Others (11,34%)

Russian Fed.: Ilim Group JSC (5,28%), Others (11,19%)

Poland: Mondi Swiecie S.A. (5%), Others (11%)

Brazil: Klabin S.A. (5,27%), Others (11,21%)

The Ministry's decision entered into force as of the date of its publication.
