According to Presidential Decree No. 1822, published in the Official Gazette of Turkey on 12 December 2019, additional customs duties ranging between 6% and 6,5% were imposed for forklifts classified under HS code 8427. On November 23rd, Turkey have also applied surveillance measure (reference prices) on imports of forklifts.
